There's no company office or support desk here — this is a small independent information site. But if you spotted a clone domain worth warning others about, found an error on one of our pages, or have a question the FAQ doesn't answer, the community discussion on this site is the right place.

Leave a comment on the relevant page or thread and we'll read it. Useful corrections get folded back into the articles; clone-domain warnings get noted where they help other visitors.

What we can't help with: access to the portal, account issues, or anything happening on a third-party streaming site. We have no affiliation with HiStream or any portal, so we can't fix their pages, recover accounts, or speak for them.

If you're reporting something urgent — like a page here linking somewhere it shouldn't — say so clearly in your message and it gets priority. We keep a strict no-outbound-link policy on this site, and we'd rather hear about a slip-up than let one sit.

A few things that make your message more useful: say which page you're commenting on, quote the sentence you think is wrong, and link the source if you have one. "This is wrong" with no detail sits in the queue; "the FAQ says X but the portal now says Y" gets fixed fast.

Clone-domain sightings are especially welcome. If you found a domain pretending to be HiStream — especially one pushing downloads or asking for payment — describe what it did. We'll check it out and, if it matches the pattern, add it to the warning examples so others recognize it.

Response times vary. This isn't a staffed helpdesk; it's one operator plus whoever's around in the discussion. Straightforward corrections usually get folded into the articles within a day or two.
